“ Had a great time here on a first trip to Atlanta and picked it for a date not knowing much. The atmosphere and music is 70s soul which is really my vibe! Drinks were excellent. The view of the city is top notch. All things aside, the service was excellent special thanks to Grant our server on his 2nd day! My date didn't quite get her first drink order right so Grant immediately had the bartender make her a replacement that bursted with flavor. Gentlemen can't recommend this place enough for a date and drink ”
“ This is a bar to impress. With plush couches for seating and stunning skyline views, it's a beautiful spot to have a cocktail. Drinks are excellent and you can't beat the vibe. Just make sure you have a reservation. Four of us went on a weeknight and didn't have one, and at first, they told us we could only sit at the bar, which wouldn't have been very comfortable. Fortunately, we were able to move to a couch. We didn't sit on the terrace because it was too cold, although they do have heaters, but I can't wait to come back in the spring. ”
“ Super cute bar and I see why the reservations are always booked. We got a reservation a week in advance and the earliest time was 10pm on Friday. The hotel is stunning and smells really pleasant. The service is good and they have a small cocktail menu. The inside is spacious and not crowded which is nice. I really enjoyed the overall decor as well as the Aesop in the bathroom. Overall I’d come back but probably not too enthusiastically since it’s hard to make reservations ”
“ Enjoyed an evening of dessert and drinks at Moonlight a wonderful new bar on the top level of the Forth Hotel. Ambiance and crowd were perfect. Views and the outdoor deck seating were spectacular, well worth the visit. Loved our waitperson, Dorian, who was the perfect amount of attentive and personable. We asked to order dessert and she told us all about this incredible key lime popsicle covered in white chocolate with meringue and then informed us the kitchen was closed... then she worked her magic and mysteriously showed up at the table 15 minutes later with the dessert in hand, what a terrific surprise - Dorian is a magician. We had a wonderful evening and will be coming back again soon! A really delightful time! Highly recommend. ”
“ Moonlight in ATL is a sleek new addition to Atlanta’s rooftop bar scene, and it’s already shining. The chic ambiance sets the perfect vibe for a night out for drinks/snacks. The mirrored wall behind the bar was beautiful. The drinks were fantastic — each cocktail was a pleasure to sip on. But the true reason for our visit was the view: a stunning panoramic of Atlanta’s skyline and a sunset surprise. The service here deserves a special mention, too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Moonlight is stylish yet relaxed which it’s couch or patio seating. It is absolutely worth a visit. ”
“ Visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I’m still thinking about it — this place is stunning. From the moment you walk into the lobby, it feels like an experience. The atmosphere is perfectly curated with a gorgeous mid-century modern vibe, and the Moonlight rooftop offers breathtaking views of the city. Service was equally impressive. David took care of us and was fantastic — warm, attentive, and brought such great energy to the evening. The food was delicious (highly recommend the grilled cheese!), and the cocktails were perfectly crafted. So grateful to have a rooftop like this in the city — a place that not only serves great food and drinks, but lets you pause and appreciate just how beautiful our home really is. ”
“ The design and ambience is top notch with amazing views of the Atlanta skyline. We also had impeccable service from the hotel staff, to the host and our server David, who was so friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, recommending menu items that we really enjoyed. The espresso martini was fantastic and the food was also great. The portions were a bit small, for the price, but that just seems to be par for the course in most newer Atlanta restaurants these days. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would highly recommend Moonlight as a great place to grab a nice cocktail in a swanky environment with killer Atlanta views ”
“ An amazing rooftop bar with great atmosphere and drinks! Dorian was an incredible server, taking care to ask or names and help us choose our drinks. She allowed us to take our time and made sure we felt welcome and never rushed. The vibes were immaculate all around and the drinks were incredible. Highly recommend the deviled eggs. All staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and welcoming. We came on a Thursday and were lucky enough they have availability for walk-ins without any wait at all, I feel incredibly lucky and will definitely be back with a reservation for the patio outside! ”
